Attached is our letter to Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen asking her help with our proposed amendment to HR 2712. This proposal is in respose to the fact that, in our judgement, no legislation currently contemplated by Congress goes far enough to protect U.S. uniformed services personnel from persecution by the ICC should it direct its attention to the U.S.
